To join ideeli, visit ideeli.com and enter invitation code talent.Merchandise Coordinator InternJob Description * Assist the Merchandise Director on daily basis including preparing materials and reserve conference room space as soon as possible.* Handle special projects* Maintain and update cross division sales calendar * Respond to emails and reserve conference space as soon as possible* Research trends through media outlets and report findings to Merchandise Director* Brainstorm with marketing on new ideas* Responsible for note taking and recaps in all weekly merchandise meetings* Track merchandise samples accordinglyQualifications * Must be extremely flexible in a constantly changing environment.* Must know Microsoft Office with a strong understanding of Excel* Extremely organized and calm under pressure* Great administrative skills* Understanding of fashion industry* Strong retail math skills* Must be able to work independently
